It is in our ability to let go and see with our hearts and feel with our souls, and then, maybe, just maybe , step forward and through the threshold and embrace humanity again. To truly live, to love, to feel, to fight and be willing to acknowledge sacrifices that have been made, ready to sacrifice ourselves and be that difference we want to see in this world. To pass that onto our children and be the people we so desperately want them to become. It all starts with each one of us,taking that step and not waiting for someone else to do it. We cultivate love and help it to grow when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, come to the understanding that when we honor the spiritual connection that develops and grows from our offering with trust, respect, kindness and affection.Love is not something we are just given and are entitled too; it is something that we must nurture and grow, a connection that can only be cultivated between two people ,which then spreads to others, echos in our energies ,connects us all together when it exists within each one of us. In actuality love is truly universal and burns and flows within us all – we can only love others as much as we love ourselves.Shame, blame, disrespect, betrayal, and the withholding of affection damage the roots from which love grows.
